3. Payment Terms

Pricing for our services is outlined in the proposal or agreement provided to the client.

Payment terms, including deposit requirements and milestone payments, will be specified in the proposal.

Payments are due immediately on of receipt of invoice.
4. Project Timeline

We will provide an estimated timeline for project completion based on the scope of work.

Any delays caused by the client, including late provision of materials or feedback, may impact the project timeline.
5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the completed website, excluding any pre-existing materials or third-party software used.

We retain the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
6. Warranty and Support

We provide a 7-day warranty support period following the completion of the project only for bug fixes and issues arising from our work.

Additional support or maintenance services may be available upon request and subject to additional fees after the 7 day period.
7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for those services.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with three days’ written notice. As the nature of products tend to be delivered digitally, some services or products cannot be terminated if delivered within a shorter time frame.

Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for any completed work and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for instant download items, digital products/ services or website designs. Please contact the us about any problems with your order. We will first aim repair or replace any goods or digital content that are defective. If unsuccessful:
